Exploring Customer Perspectives: A Journey to Fame Nails for Manicures and Valuable Insight

As the CEO of Khloé, I recently had an enlightening discussion with our esteemed partner and advisor, Ryan Ban Tran. He proposed an intriguing idea for our team: to personally engage with 10 random women as customers, gathering their invaluable feedback. This exercise aimed to incorporate any insightful suggestions and provide us with a live experience of interacting with our clientele.


Recognizing the significance of understanding our customers' mindset and effectively conveying our business, I wholeheartedly embraced Ryan's suggestion. Before embarking on this feedback-gathering mission, I decided to immerse myself in the customer experience firsthand. Thus, I eagerly booked an appointment at Fame Nails, an esteemed salon located in Thao Dien ward, district 2, Ho Chi Minh City—one of their four branches.


During my visit, I had the pleasure of being served by their talented technicians: Moon, who expertly handled my manicure, and Sally, who provided an impeccable pedicure. In addition to interacting with these skilled professionals, I also had the opportunity to converse with Jenny, the manager of Fame Nails. Her insights proved invaluable, shedding light on their techniques, trends, and the business landscape.

Moreover, I had the pleasure of interviewing Mia, one of Fame Nails' customers. While I cannot divulge specific details about our confidential business model and product capabilities during this research and development phase, I can attest that Mia's feedback was highly positive. She expressed genuine enthusiasm for our mobile app and revealed her intention to recommend it to her friends. Furthermore, Jenny, the manager, eagerly inquired about the availability of our innovative machine. Her excitement stemmed from recognizing the immense potential it holds for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.


Throughout this enriching experience, I documented various stages, capturing photographs and recording clips to create a comprehensive video. This visual compilation serves as a testament to the meticulous care and skill exhibited at Fame Nails, as well as the enthusiasm and interest expressed by both the staff and the customers.






In our forthcoming follow-up meeting, each team member will share their own unique experiences, fostering an environment of collective learning and best practice sharing. This endeavor not only enhances our individual roles within the team but also equips us with the ability to effectively communicate our business to customers in a manner that resonates with their needs.
